How to Order

  • You can place orders online, by phone (215-793-0243), fax (215-628-0216), or e-mail (sales@perennialmarket.com).
  • Please provide contact information, company name, and complete address.  Also, indicate your requested ship date.  We will process your order within 1 week. 
  • You can specify a future ship date,  but please allow at least 2 weeks notice to assure fulfillment of your order. Please be advised that summer shipments are subject to possible delays due to heat. 
  • Picture tags are available at an additional cost. Please request when ordering. Picture tags are required with patented plants.  
  • This time of year availabilities change rapidly. We do our best to fulfill your order and update the availability but sometimes the information changes too quickly to be reflected on the site. 

Bidding & Estimating

  • Creating a bidding/estimating list for your project is easy. Simply select your plant list as if you were placing an order, proceed to the Ordering & Bid Requests screen and check Bid Request.
  • We also bid on contract-grow orders. Please contact us for further information. 

 

Minimums

  •  Order minimum, $750.00, excluding re-orders in a calendar year. 
  •  Due to   shipping complexities we have had to curtail orders with less than an average of 2   trays per line item.   We are sorry for any inconvenience. 
  •  Single trays are charged a fee of $8.40 per tray, on average .16 per plug.

Payment Terms

  • Your first order must either be prepaid or paid by credit card.  You can download a credit application from our site for any future orders.
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover or company check.
  • Prepayment by check receives a 2% discount.  We will bill for shipping.
  • Established accounts: 2% 10, Net 30 days, if paid by check.
  • Non-established accounts require a 40% deposit, balance charged at time of shipment.

Plant Care & Warranty

  • Plants must be removed immediately from packaging upon receipt and watered.  If any damage has occurred in transit, please contact us right away.  Prompt attention on your part will help facilitate a claim, if necessary.
  • We will consider claims for shortages or viability received within ten (10) business days of your receipt of plants. Unless you accept substitutions, your plants are guaranteed to be true to name. We will replace any plants shown to be otherwise. We will not be liable for amounts greater than what we have received from you for the order in question.
