You can place your order online, by phone, Fax or email. Please provide phone, email, company name and complete address as well as ship to address if that differs. Please indicate your requested ship date. We will process your order within 1-2 business days and contact you with any changes in availability. You will receive an order confirmation. Picture tags are available for an additional cost. Please request when ordering your plants. Picture tags are required with patented plants.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be confirmed. By placing an order, buyer agrees to all terms herein. We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover or company check. Initial order requires a 50% deposit, balance due upon shipment. You may apply for credit after your first order. Payment terms for established accounts are a 2% discount if paid within 10 days, Net 30. Past due accounts are charged 2% per month. Orders paid by credit card are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. You can avoid this fee by choosing the ACH payment option. Please contact us to request an authorization form.
Changes to orders must be made at least 2 weeks prior to ship date. After that time, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. We will be happy to change your ship date and/or ship to address one time gratis with advance notice of 2 weeks or greater. If you need us to change ship date or ship to address more than one time, there will be a fee of 5% of the invoice charged. We will allow two changes to the ship date and/or ship to address with 2 weeks’ written notice.
Order minimum is $750.00, excluding re-orders in a calendar year. Single trays are charged a fee of $8.40 per tray.
Summer shipments are subject to possible heat delays. During the active shipping season, availabilities change rapidly. We do our best to fulfill your order and update our offerings, but sometimes the information changes too quickly to be reflected on the site. We will advise of any changes to your order as soon as possible.
Plants should be removed immediately from packaging upon receipt and watered. If any damage has occurred in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Prompt attention on your part will help facilitate a claim, if necessary. We can consider claims for shortages or viability received within ten (10) business days of your receipt of plants. Unless you accept substitutions, your plants are guaranteed to be true to name. We will replace any plants shown to be otherwise. We will not be liable for amounts greater than what we have received from you for the order in question.
We ship year ‘round, whenever shipping conditions allow. Shipments are made by UPS, FedX or private truck. PO box numbers cannot be used. Shipping, handling and box charges average 21%, and are calculated at time of shipment. Large orders are often less costly to ship on a percentage basis. In the event your order is damaged, delayed or lost, notify us at once so we can file a claim with the carrier and/or replace the plants.
